Return Process

  Log into your Mighty account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Carefully place the item in its original box with all cables, manuals, and components, ensuring it is securely padded for transit.

  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label, clear any personal data from the device, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
